    Had an appointment at 10 am sat there to 11.10 am vehicle was still sitting in the drive thru asked and the young lady went out said something to the technician. a young man came out mad jumped in the truck and took off out of the drive thru. truck was in for an oil change and tire rotation. according to web site oil change was 89 dollars when checking out bill came to 153 question why so high was told tax and shop supply drove home only to see I was charged 109 for oil change, had to drive back to dealership to get refund was annoyed by this experience. I myself sent 37 years working at a car dealership from being a service director to body shop manager etc. and never had bad service like I had this visit very disappointing
