    After suffering a warranty issue with the my vehicle purchase from another dealership , the service team and General manager took charge of the issues and made sure I was taken care off . Shout out to John , Tom, Darren and Iris for sticking with me through it all and making it right in the end . I have purchased two new vehicles from Westgate and have been very happy with the staff and service team

    I would highly recommend westgate chevrolet to anybody that wants to buy used or new vehicle. My overall experience was very positive... I really enjoyed the knowledge and professionalism the guys at the dealership showed me. Especially the manager John Young. He is a prime example of a true professional at a dealership. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work guys.I will always go back.

    It was an underwhelming experience at best, the waiting area left everything to be desired. There was coffee and cream but no sugar or sweeteners of any kind, the coffee stand was falling apart, the fridge was empty and appeared broke, the TV was not on, the coffee cup lids did not fit the coffee cups and subsequently I spilled hot coffee on my hand. The service people were nice, but since I was forced at purchase and I do mean and felt forced to buy the Westgate for life oil change service as the dealership refused to remove this dealer add-on. When I called to set an appointment up they had it in the system but when I went to pay they had the oil change at full price, so I had to wait a few more minutes to fix the bill. The wait was after waiting to the point I had to go up and ask it the truck was done, which it was but not the paperwork. When I arrived there was one other person and myself waiting for service. So maybe you need to hire more service technicians. The final straw to the whole experience was the fact I had received a 20 dollar Christmas coupon to use at the dealership, while it did say it could not be used for oil change or tire rotation, there were no other limitations printed on the coupon. So when I asked if I could use it for a Chevrolet Silverado shirt that was 20 dollars. I was told by the parts person it could not be used for merchandise, so basically it was worthless as I had no other service or parts done. If you are not going to honor a coupon you send out then don't send them. All in all I felt like I was at Bubba's discount garage not a professional Chevrolet dealership. I felt like many things were neglected within the showroom, Customer waiting area, etc. No one seemed to care or mind it was a hot mess and when I did speak to someone I was told they had ordered things but they hadn't arrived? So obviously someone knew it was in need of things and let it go past the point it should have. Just not impressed.
