    It was great that I have the option of leaving my vehicle with key in the lock box. That was a convenience to me as I didn't have to wait to have my vehicle maintained. The staff are very nice and helpful. They did what I asked and called when there were other matters that came up. I appreciate the heads-up.

    Very disappointed in the price increase since last oil change, also I requested a regular oil change not some additive that was added for an additional $32.00. As a resident of Pender County, I strive to keep my business within the county, when possible, I will have to reconsider that next time.
